Carla is a native of Deer Park and has been actively involved in Deer Park real estate since 1987. She is one of the area's top producing agents.
Carla is a 1983 graduate of Deer Park High School and a 1987 graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, where she earned her bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.
She holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (G.R.I.) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Educational Designations. To obtain these designations, you must complete several required educational classes as well as demonstrate sales performance through the documented execution of residential sales transactions. Only 4% of all Realtors have earned the right to be called a CRS.
Carla is a member of several professional organizations including, Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR), National Association Realtors® (NAR), and Residential Sales Council (RS). Carla is the daughter of long time Deer Park residents, Jimmy and Ruthie Dawson. Her husband, Doug Nettles, is a Deer Park policeman. They reside in Deer Park where they have two children.
