Terry Smith is a Realtor who has lived in Deer Park since 1996. She is married to Tony Smith who owns All-Shade Awning. They have one son, J.T. Smith. Prior to selling real estate she worked in the offices of Racehorse Haynes for 17 years. Then was employed by Solvay Polymers for 5 years.

She has been actively selling real estate in the Deer Park and the surrounding markets since moving here. She presently works out of the office of Summit Realtors. Terry’s compassion for people keeps her at the helm of ongoing community and charity events. Her successful Christmas Home Tour, “Jingle In The City”, has led the way to raising funds for high school students as well as bringing revenue to our local businesses.

Terry has found real estate to be her passion. She has been recognized by Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society as being in the top 19% of all sales associates across the country since 2002. She has achieved numerous other awards including the Re/Max Shooting Star, Million Dollar A Month Producer, The Masters Level Award and The Pacesetters Gold Award for outstanding sales achievement and performance. Terry attributes her success to her love of the industry and her ability to establish long term relationships with her clients. These relationships have established a constant flow of referrals culminating a successful career.

A successful career has been important to Terry, but is not the number one success in her life. Her faith, family and friendships are and have always been her first priority. Terry is clear that being a successful person is more important than having a successful career.
